I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location is simply breathtaking, with a direct view of the majestic mountain and stunning Batur Lake. I spent many cozy moments on the balcony, lounging on the comfy couch and soaking in the incredible scenery. The staff here were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The warm water small pool was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. Additionally, the breakfast menu was outstanding, with freshly made and delicious options to start the day.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The view from the hotel was amazing, perfect to relax and enjoy the scenery. , the breakfast selection was really good with delicious food. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay pleasant. the cleanliness of the facilities added to the comfort of our stay.
The location of the hotel was quite far from the center, which made it difficult to explore the area or find different dining options. The cost of alcohol was also high compared to other places we've been to.

The stunning view of the surrounding scenery was breathtaking and really set the mood for our romantic getaway. We also enjoyed the helpful and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. the comfortable beds ensured we got a good night’s rest.
The hotel lacked practicality as the room doors were awkward to open and didn’t insulate against outside noise. We also found it difficult to explore the area on foot due to the hills, traffic, and narrow roads.

The hotel had a great view of the mountains and lake, with a comfortable balcony to enjoy it from. The rooms were spacious and had an excellent design. The breakfast menu was freshly made and delicious. The staff was helpful, friendly, and eager to help guests with any needs they might have.
The hotel suffered from loud music that carried over from a nearby wedding venue, disturbing guests' peace and tranquility.
